The Role That Can Change The Workspace Access Settings: Owner
Who Can Access Your Workspace?
There are two settings:
Everyone: any person with a link to your Zendo workspace will be able to create an account and access the platform, as well as reach client-facing URLs, like your Service Catalog. This is the default option.
Only invited users: it will restrict uninvited users from accessing your workspace or any client-facing URLs, like your Service Catalog.
How To Change Workspace Access?
Select Workspace under the Settings & Customization section on the left sidebar,
From the drop-down menu, select General,
Stay in the Essentials tab and find the Workspace access section,
Select the drop-down arrow of the "Access" field to reveal available options from the drop-down list,
Decide if you want give access to Everyone or Only invited users,
Select the "Save changes" button in the bottom right corner to confirm your choice.
