Roles That Can Manage Statuses: Admin, Owner

Statuses

Statuses are an integral part of Zendo as they help your teammates and customers to remain on the same page.

Statuses indicate the progress of the request.

Using Statuses In Workflows

To use Statuses in Workflows:

select Services in the left-hand side panel and choose Workflows from the drop-down menu,
on the new page, select the Workflow you're interested in,

there, you can add and delete Statuses, as well as change the state you want them to fall under by dragging & dropping.

Statuses fall under three states: Pending, Active, and Completed.

The Pending, Active, and Completed states help organize your requests better, which is best visible when viewing your requests on the Kanban board.

You can drag & drop requests directly on the Kanban board, without having to change the Status of each request individually.

Note that all Statuses are visible to clients by default.

If you want to change that visibility:

go to Services → Workflows,
select the "Edit" button on the far right of the Workflow you want to adjust,
on the new page, scroll down to the “Additional Settings” section,
find the “Statuses visible to clients” section. To disable that option, toggle the button.
