Role That Can Access And Manage Workspace Notifications: Owner
The Owner the workspace can set up global notifications for an entire workspace, setting default notification choices for both the team and clients.
Personal settings can be changed in the account settings of each team member and customer individually later on.

How To Access Notifications?
To find Notifications:
select Workspace on the left-hand side panel and choose General from the drop-down menu,
on the new page, switch to the Notifications tab.
There, you can manage In-app, Web browser, and Email notifications for different actions, like "New message" or "Subscription paused".
How Can Team Members And Clients Change Their Notifications Settings?
There are two ways for clients and team members to reach their notifications settings.
Through the account settings:
select "Account Settings" on the left-hand side panel,
on the new page, switch the tab to Notifications.
Through notifications:
select "Notifications" on the left-hand side panel,
in the notifications popup window, select the cog icon in the top right corner.
