How To Add A Help Center URL For Clients?



Select Client portal on the left-hand side panel and choose White Label from the drop-down menu,



on the new page, stay in the General tab and scroll down to find the Custom URLs section right under the Logos settings,
next, under the "Help Center URL" paste in the URL you want to forward your customers to when searching for your help center,



select the "Save changes" button.

How Can Customers Find My Help Center In Zendo?



Customers can find your help center on the bottom of the left-hand panel, under "Organization".

Clicking on it will redirect them to your custom help center, the URL of which you’ve set up in Zendo settings.



You can see how that looks from the client’s perspective using the Impersonation feature.

If you don't add your own help center link, the client won't see that option on their left-hand side panel.

Can I Access Zendo Help Center If I Add A Link To My Own Help Center?



Workspace Owner still has access to Zendo's help center after customizing the help center link in the White Label settings.

It's only clients who see the customized help center link.

To reach Zendo's help center from your workspace as an Owner:

select Help & Onboarding on the bottom of the left-hand side panel under the Support section,



then choose Knowledge Base from the popped up options,
Zendo's help center will open in a new window.

Note that Zendo’s help center is always available under its URL — https://help.getzendo.io/en/ that anyone can access.
